How do I connect my Etsy shop?

Log in, open Shops, and press Connect Etsy on the shop. Etsy shows its own consent screen; after you press Allow you are sent back to Listing Desk. We never see your Etsy password.

How do I disconnect?

Shops → the shop's menu → Disconnect from Etsy. The shop's tokens are deleted at once. You can also revoke access from your Etsy account settings under connected apps.

What does the app change in my shop?

Only what you ask it to: it creates or updates listings when you press Send / Publish, and adds a tracking number to an order when you enter one. It never edits, deletes or publishes anything on its own except drafts you put on the publishing schedule.

How do I delete my data?

Disconnect the shop or delete the store in the app; to remove an entire account, email us and it is deleted within 7 days. See the privacy policy.
