The service
Listing Desk is a web application that helps Etsy sellers prepare and publish listings, follow paid orders and add tracking information to their own shops, using Etsy's API with the seller's authorization. Access is by account; accounts are created by us for our team and invited sellers.
Your responsibilities
- You may only connect shops you own or are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the content of your listings and for complying with Etsy's policies, including its Creativity Standards and prohibited items policies.
- Keep your login details private. Tell us if you think an account has been misused.
- Do not use the app to send unsolicited messages, scrape data, or interfere with Etsy or with other users.
Etsy
Listing Desk is an independent application. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy remains subject to Etsy's own terms. We may change or remove features if Etsy's API or policies change.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as is. We aim to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every listing or order is processed without error, and we are not liable for lost sales, fees charged by Etsy or suppliers, or other indirect damages arising from its use. Check important listings and orders on Etsy.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or Etsy's terms.
